Mission and Outreach

Providing opportunities for staff and students to explore the joy of serving and helping their neighbours and community is necessary for Catholic Education. Holiday food drives, mitten trees and family sponsorships have enriched the lives of our Bishop Mac community. Our contributions support several of our local community charities, including Michael House and Hope House. Additionally, Bishop Macdonell staff and students have participated annually in the Canadian Cancer Society's Relay for Life, an event bringing together all WCDSB high schools, to raise over $75 000 to support cancer research.
