Link Crew

 

This dynamic leadership team assists new students transitioning into Bishop Macdonell.

 

Grade 10 and 11 students are encouraged to apply for a Link Leader position during the summer break AND the school year. In the summer, Link Leaders receive valuable training that builds their leadership skills and learning portfolio. Additionally, Link Leaders have a unique opportunity to form peer and staff relationships through shared, positive experiences outside of the classroom.

 

Link Crew is different this year, but its importance and value has only grown. Our school communities have been cut off from each other, new students are unable to physically visit Bishop Mac, and the normal worries about transitioning to high school are magnified. The Link Crew program gives those students a friendly landing space, and it also empowers Link Crew Leaders to build community with our new CELTICS.
